- John Coyle Review added: 2018.05.07★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆worst housing association i have ever experienced when you try to get a home i applied out with the area as i didn't stay in west lothian they come into your current home and make you feel small they say it has tired decor they tell to open the windows there is a smell even when there are 3 different plug in fresheners on they say your home wont pass to get another one they say these hurtful things even when they know my father is a pensioner carer looking after some who has been ill for 30 years the house was not as bad as they made out i had just wallpapered the year before i have laminate flooring they tell you that you should have carpets i cant have carpets because my mother is incontinent and if you have more than on pet then forget it they tell you that your only allowed one there staff have no manners or feelings for others.
